How to Read Your Personal Training Program

You will receive your program from your coach every week.  This program will contain the next 7 days worth of training.  We develop your program specifically for YOU → your weaknesses, your strengths, your goals.

It is very important that you let us know how you’re feeling and your training session results.  You can do this by ensuring you update your training in TrueCoach after each workout with your results and comments/feedback.

How to give us feedback in True Coach:

-Enter your training results under each exercise (weight used, reps, sets and /or any exercise-specific comments).  Feel free to add any additional comments in the “comments” section on how the workout went for you.  These notes will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

-We review all True Coach “messages” (direct messages to your coach) on a daily basis on weekdays.

**Be sure to put any feedback you’d like us to see within the next day in either your training comments or messages section.

This includes informing us of any discomfort, changes to your training schedule for the week, etc.

Crystal had some great questions regarding the movement and included a video for analysis of her form.  By sharing all of this, she’s going to get the most out of her remote coaching experience.

If we don’t have your results and feedback, it is harder for us to adjust your training for your needs.  Don’t make us guess how you’re doing, keep us informed!
